Can any antivirus agent be installed on the server? I couldn’t find any mention of platform security settings beyond the role-based model.

One of the clients installed Kaspersky, and no issues were found on version 1.28.
If you are accidentally a vendor representative, please consider compatibility requirements (perhaps exceptions to the check). In government and some commercial organizations, requirements for DLP are specified in regulations. In the absence of proper integration with SIEM systems, at least ensure that the DLP protects the assets.
