We have enhanced the logic for automatic assignment of employees to tasks. Employees who have recorded an absence for the current day will no longer be automatically assigned.
We have reorganized the portal’s top menu, redesigned the portal and agent interface by introducing new attributes and enhancing existing Simple tags.
