In this version, we have made HR task management more convenient for both HR specialists who assign tasks and for the task performers. Improvements also extend to working with employee selections for HR forms.

HR Task Management in the Agent Interface and Portal
In this version, we have added buttons for managing HR tasks and their subtasks in the agent interface and the self-service portal.
When creating HR tasks and their subtasks, you can now specify whether result approval or attachment upload is required for completion.
Performers and approvers of the parent task can now view its subtasks.
New portal pages for HR tasks and subtasks consist of three widgets:
- Activity Feed – designed for exchanging messages about tasks and subtasks; the system sends notifications about these to the task requester and performer;
- Result – contains a report on the completion of tasks and subtasks;
- Task Information – contains essential information and control buttons for tasks and subtasks.

Employee Selection
On the Employee Selection table forms, a new field Number of Employees has been added, which automatically counts the number of people covered by the selection. The list of selected employees – Selection Result – is now available in the related lists section.
Users with the role hrm_form_launch_manager can now also create, edit, and delete employee selection records.
