In the new HRMS version, we have expanded task management functionality for HR agents and added the ability to assess employee knowledge. Additionally, the new version introduces new user roles, refined document handling logic, and an updated package of demo data.
Another key update is the introduction of the Test category for HR forms. This new category enables not only collecting responses but also evaluating respondents’ knowledge levels. We have also added the ability to view all responses for a specific form or launch.
We have improved HR form management: added the Forms and Surveys card on the portal and moved the Form Instances item to the Activities tab in the portal’s top menu.
We have added the ability to store Job Descriptions and Bonus Policies as separate content items.
The HRMS role model has been expanded with two new roles: hrm_finance_controller and hrm_budget_owner. The first is designed for viewing employee salary information and allows creating and editing employment contracts and employee history records. The second enables approving or rejecting the creation of new position slots for company budget management.
New Functionality
HR Tasks
You can now create tasks and assign them to company employees to fulfill HR requests or conduct surveys using HR forms. The list of tasks is stored in the new Employee Tasks table (hrm_employee_task). A task is considered complete and moves to the Completed status only after all associated HRM Subtasks are also completed.
Users with the hrm_manager role can configure subtask templates for each Employee Task.
HR Form Category: “Test”
You can now conduct tests among employees. Test configuration is performed on HR forms of the new Test category. In the settings, you can:
- Set a passing score;
- Choose whether to show the correct answer to the respondent before presenting the next question;
- Allow or prohibit retaking the test.
After adding questions and points for correct answers, you will see the automatically calculated maximum score for the entire test. Both automatic and manual grading are available for different question types.
Working with HR Forms on the Portal
We have enhanced HR form functionality on the portal. Now, the Forms and Surveys card is available on the portal’s homepage. Click it to navigate to the page listing all HR forms. This page also includes a menu for navigating to forms, launches, and instances.
To view HR form instances assigned to you, go from the Activities tab in the portal’s top menu to the new Form Instances section.
Protecting Employee Financial Information
To protect employee financial data, a new special role hrm_finance_controller has been introduced. This role allows users to create and edit employment contracts and employee history records, as well as view salary fields in tables where they exist.
Job Descriptions and Bonus Policies
In this version, we added the ability to store Job Descriptions and Bonus Policies as separate articles in the Knowledge Base.
The Job Descriptions field is placed on the Employment Contract and Position forms; the Bonus Policy field is placed on the Position form.
Fixes
DEF0021584: Fixed an issue preventing users from receiving notifications about comments added to tasks.
DEF0021444: Users who replied to notifications about Certificate Request registrations received not only the required documents but also system-generated attachments upon request completion. This has been fixed—now only necessary files are sent.
DEF0021415: Fixed a defect causing the Start Work button to not appear on the Candidate Review task form.
